James Dempsey is a qualified Project Manager with 30 years of experience in construction management in the New York City area, working on projects in the cultural, residential and commercial market sectors, both in the private and public sectors. He has served as a Project Manager, Senior Architectural Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.

He is able to develop project-specific reporting and control systems in order to be more effective in cost-effective negotiation, project management (scheduling, cost control, purchasing), value engineering, and claims analysis. He is also a capable manager when interfacing with the various professionals and disciplines involved with the project and serves as a liaison between all parties involved, to assure that the project is completed on time and within the budget restraints and to the level of quality that is expected from the clients.
