Senior Project Manager; High rise luxury residential tower and an integrated 6 story residential building (all new construction). This 50 story, 200,000 sf building contains 47 apartments, some are duplex/triplex spaces, amenities spaces, and commercial space.

Thurgood Marshall U.S. Courthouse
New York, New York
Senior Project Manager; Infrastructure upgrade and exterior restoration of a landmarked 1936 federal courthouse for the GSA. This 38 story, 730,000 sf building contains 22 courtrooms, 50 judges’ chambers and court-related spaces. The key to the interior upgrade is to replace virtually all of the MEP services while leaving the historic ornate finishes intact.

Museum of the Moving Image
Astoria, New York
Senior Project Manager; Providing design development and preconstruction management services for the facility’s $25 Million, 100,000 sf renovation and expansion. The overall design provides a new main entrance and restoration of the façade at the current entrance. A four-story addition, anchored to the rear of the existing building will contain a new student entry and orientation space; a 280-seat state of the art film theater; specially climate controlled storage for the museum’s 150,000+ item collection; digital media galleries; a café; catering kitchen; special event / student lunchroom; a new passenger and reconfigured freight elevator; and a new staircase.

New York City Department of Design and Construction / Rikers Island Fire/Life Safety
Rikers Island, New York
Senior Project Manager; A $50,000,000 Fire/Life safety project at three occupied prison/detention facilities. Work includes fire/smoke detection systems, alarms, sprinkler systems, hydrants and water lines, smoke venting systems and security systems. Activities coordinated with Department of Corrections and other, co-located capital projects on daily basis.

New York Hall of Science
Corona, New York
Senior Project Manager; The project consists of renovation and expansion work on the museum and the surrounding park area. The project work will include a 50,000 sf expansion to the main building, a 25,000 sf renovation of the existing mechanical, electrical and a data/telecommunication upgrade. Some of the newly upgraded features will be new fire alarms, transformer vaults, elevators, public address systems, life safety systems and building management systems. Rocket Park will also be renovated, and will provide an outdoor space for summer camps and science fair activities.

Trump Place at Riverside South
New York, New York
Senior Project Manager; Riverside South is one of the largest developments ever undertaken in the history of the City of New York. This multi-billion dollar development of high-end residential, commercial and retail space, parkland, rejuvenated highway and public transportation will be situated on 74.6 vacant acres of former Penn Central rail yards – what were once derelict and abandoned. This new development is strategically located on the fashionable Upper West Side of Manhattan.

New York Public Library
New York, New York
Senior Architectural Project Manager; Project value of $35 Million. Responsibilities included overall project management, trade buyout, Wicks Law coordination, and cost control. Responsible for the various structural and exterior construction systems, including exterior framing and masonry, limestone facing, windows and skylights, roofing. Also developed the scheduling and the coordination of the structural and exterior systems for project/program management assignments.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Greek and Roman Phase II Project
New York, New York
Senior Architectural Project Manager; The cost is $55 Million. Responsibilities included project management of the structural, architectural and site logistics disciplines. Challenges included erecting structural steel in an occupied museum with minimal disruption to the collections, public and staff. The Grand Vaulted Galleries portion of the project, required that the existing Greek and Roman Gallery wing be structurally altered, mechanically upgraded and restored to display the restored collections. Other galleries that were restored include the Robert Woods Johnson Photography Gallery, the Blumenthal Patio, the library stacks and Far East galleries.

The Richmond
New York, New York
Project Manager; Responsible for project management, accounting and performing the coordination and scheduling of work. Reconciliation and closeout services for occupancy for this 27-story condominium, which consists of 121 luxury condominium apartments. The project cost was $25 Million. The building was an existing warehouse that was altered in order to have a courtyard and a tower added to the existing structure.

Other Project Management Experience
Responsible for multiple projects in both commercial and residential type work. Reporting of costs, procurement, general conditions, scheduling and estimating. Performed contract administration duties including requisitions and disbursements. Maintenance of construction documents, including shop drawings.

CUNY Graduate Center, project involved coordinating construction of the swing spaces and moving of offices, required when the construction of the new offices at the B. Altman building on 34th Street was underway.

Rivington House, located at 45 Rivington Street.
The project cost of $72 Million. This is a 256 bed HIV nursing home with sub-acute care and a TB unit. The structure was and existing school (PS 121), built in the 1890’s. The scope of work included complete modernization of all mechanical systems, new elevators, exterior restoration, and new structural steel, reinforcement of existing structural steel and terra cotta floors.

Construction and maintenance for the Estee Lauder corporate offices and town house located at 239 East 61st Street in Manhattan. This was renovation and maintenance work for the corporate townhouse.

Construction and maintenance for Seagram corporate offices. Responsible for all the new and maintenance work for both of the Bronfman family townhouse, penthouse residences, and the corporate headquarters.

A.O. Contracting Company, 1986-1989
Owner of a residential construction company. Performed all duties in renovation and new construction.
